Harvesting: The grapes are hand-picked to ensure only the finest quality fruit is used. The process includes skin contact for 24 hours before pressing to enhance flavour extraction.

Fermentation: Only the free-run juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks, preserving the wine's delicate flavours and complexity.

Enjoyment: The wine can be enjoyed young, showcasing its vibrant and fresh characteristics.

Ageing Potential: With a potential to age for up to 10 years, the wine will develop deeper complexity and richness over time.
