Granitic clay with a depth of 2 metres.
The grapes were harvested between 8 and 12 April, when they had reached the peak of their aromatic potential. The clusters were harvested by night and then carefully transported to the winery. The growing season was marked by low temperatures in the
Lolol Valley during the ripening period, allowing the grapes to ripen slowly. The absence of rainfall throughout the season produced healthy grapes with good levels of acidity and moderately low alcohol
Wine 100% of the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the varietal aromas. After fermentation, the wine was aged over its lees for six months, and battonage was used to gently move it so as to maximize the contribution made by the wine coming into contact with the fine sediment.
Alcohol by volume: 13.0% GL; pH: 3.32; Residual sugar: 2.35g/L;
Acidity: 6.5 g/L (Tartaric Acid).
This wine can be stored for up to 5 years in optimum conditions.
Color Brilliant pale yellow.
On the nose, this wine is elegant and expressive, notable for its
tropical fruit aromas, such as papaya and pineapple, which blend
harmoniously with gentle notes of citrus.
A well-rounded wine with good volume, delicious acidity and a gentle
finish in which the fruit aromas predominate.
Best served at between 8°C and 10°C, this wine pairs well with fish,
cheese, risotto, shellfish, pasta and white meat.
